KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress has finalized its candidate for the post of Vice Chair of Sarkegad Rural Municipality of Humla for by-elections to be held coming December 1.
Sabita Budha of Rahadev in ward no. 8 of the Rural Municipality-8 has been approved as the candidate to represent the NC in the upcoming by-elections, said district vice-chair of the party Basanta Rokaya.
NC is the first major party to finalize its candidate for the post.
