Women’s T20: Nepal playing against Thailand today



KATHMANDU: Nepal is playing against Thailand in the fourth match of the ICC U-19 Women’s T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier today.

The match will begin at 3:15 PM on Sunday. Nepal has played three matches in the tournament, which started on Wednesday in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), securing two wins and one loss.

In their opening match, Nepal defeated Thailand by 67 runs, followed by a 108-run victory over Kuwait.

However, they lost to the host UAE by 13 runs in their most recent match on Saturday.

Alongside the host UAE, Nepal, Kuwait, and Thailand are competing in the tournament, with each team playing two matches against one another.

The top-ranked team will qualify for the ICC U-19 Women’s T20 World Cup, which is set to take place in Malaysia in January next year.
