Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has released Tuesday’s exchange rates for foreign currencies.

There has been an increase in the value of some currencies, including the Australian dollar, Bahraini dinar, and US dollar. Conversely, the value of the Euro, Pound, and Saudi Riyal has decreased.

According to the latest rates published by Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is 134 rupees 04 paisa, and the selling rate is 134 rupees 64 paisa.

This reflects a slight increase from yesterday, when the buying rate was 134 rupees 02 paisa and the selling rate was 134 rupees 62 paisa.

For the Euro, today’s buying rate remains at 147 rupees 96 paisa, and the selling rate is 148 rupees 62 paisa. This is a decrease from yesterday’s rates of 148 rupees 56 paisa (buying) and 149 rupees 23 paisa (selling).

The UK pound sterling has a buying rate of 175 rupees 36 paisa and a selling rate of 176 rupees 14 paisa today, compared to yesterday’s rates of 176 rupees 91 paisa (buying) and 176 rupees 70 paisa (selling).

The Australian dollar has a buying rate of 89 rupees 22 paisa and a selling rate of 89 rupees 62 paisa today, a slight decrease from yesterday’s buying rate of 89 rupees 41 paisa and selling rate of 89 rupees 81 paisa.

For the Saudi Riyal, today’s buying rate is 35 rupees 31 paisa and the selling rate is 35 rupees 87 paisa. This is a slight increase from yesterday’s buying rate of 35 rupees 70 paisa and selling rate of 35 rupees 86 paisa.

The Qatari riyal’s rates remain unchanged with a buying rate of 36 rupees 77 paisa and a selling rate of 36 rupees 94 paisa. Yesterday’s rates were 36 rupees 77 paisa (buying) and 36 rupees 93 paisa (selling).

The UAE dirham’s rates are also unchanged, with a buying rate of 36 rupees 49 paisa and a selling rate of 36 rupees 66 paisa, consistent with yesterday’s rates of 36 rupees 49 paisa (buying) and 36 rupees 65 paisa (selling).
