Upendra Yadav sworn in as Deputy PM and Health Minister

KATHMANDU: In a significant Cabinet expansion, Upendra Yadav, Chairman of the Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP), was sworn in as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health and Population.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal orchestrated the inclusion of the JSP into the government, solidifying their presence in key leadership positions.

Additionally, Nawal Kishor Sah took the oath as Minister for Forest and Environment.

President Poudel, Vice President, Prime Minister Dahal, Speaker, and Chief Justice were present at the ceremony held at Sital Niwas this morning.
