KATHMANDU: The country is currently under the influence of westerly and local winds, leading to partly cloudy conditions in the hilly areas and mainly fair weather elsewhere, according to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.
This afternoon, light rain is expected in one or two locations within the hilly regions of Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
Tonight, the weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly regions and fair across the rest of the country.
The Department also indicated a chance of light rain in one or two places in the hilly areas of Gandaki and Sudurpaschim provinces.
