KATHMANDU: Sneha Lamichhane, a 20 years old college student who had been missing from Kalanki in Kathmandu for a week, was discovered at the premises of Pashupatinath Temple on Wednesday.

Lamichhane’s family confirmed her presence at the temple but did not disclose her condition.

After suspicions arose regarding Lamichhane’s potential whereabouts, a joint team comprising Nepal Police and her family members initiated a search operation in the Pashupatinath Temple area, ultimately leading to her discovery.

Originally hailing from Kalika Municipality-6 of Chitwan, Lamichhane had been missing for seven days.

She is a first-year student of Computer Engineering at Sagarmatha Engineering College.

While the circumstances surrounding Lamichhane’s disappearance and her condition upon being found remain undisclosed, her safe discovery brings relief to her family and loved ones.
