Bansbari land grab: Land Revenue Office gives 21-day deadline



KATHMANDU: The Land Revenue Office has taken decisive steps in the Bansbari Leather Shoes land grab case involving Chaudhary Group.

The Dillibazaar Land Revenue Office issued a formal letter to Chandbag Residency Pvt Ltd (Champion Footwear Pvt Ltd), directing owner Sanjay Thakur to appear within the next 21 days.

Failure to comply within this stipulated timeframe will result in legal consequences, as specified by the Office.

The letter, addressed to Champion Footwear Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu was drafted in accordance with the order of 2080/10/24.

The Office emphasized that the company must make its appearance during office hours within the specified 21-day period.

Non-compliance will result in lawful actions being taken against the company, the letter added.
