Nepal facing India in CAVA Women’s National League Volleyball final today



KATHMANDU: Nepal will face India in the final match of the CAVA Women’s National League Volleyball today.

On Tuesday, Nepal advanced to the final by defeating Iran in straight sets of 25-21, 28-26, and 25-20 at the National Sports Council complex in Tripureshwar.

With this win, Nepal will play against India in the League final on Wednesday. Earlier, both Nepal and Iran reached the semi-finals, finishing second and third, respectively, in the points table. In a prior league-stage encounter, Iran had defeated Nepal 3-2.

In the other semi-final held on Tuesday, India emerged victorious against Sri Lanka in straight sets, 3-0.
