14 die, 18 injured, and three missing due to landslides, floods, and inundation across the country



KATHMANDU: Fourteen people have lost their lives due to landslides, floods, and inundations triggered by incessant rainfall since Friday.

According to Deputy Inspector General of Police Dhan Bahadur Karki, 18 others have sustained injuries, and three are missing.

Among the deceased, three each were from Syangja and Tanahu, two each from Parbat and Kavre, and one each from Kathmandu, Udayapur, Palpa, and Dang.

Water levels have significantly risen in the Koshi, Narayani, and Mahakali rivers, among others.
