KATHMANDU: Chief Justice (CJ) Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha asserted that it is imperative to ensure everyone’s access to justice.

Unveiling the collection of some important verdicts related to labor at Supreme Court on Sunday, Chief Justice Shrestha, however, assured that the court was effortful to ensure everyone’s access to justice.

Furthermore, the Chief Justice expressed happiness over selection and publication of the judgments deemed important from the viewpoint of new concepts and systems incorporated in the law.

On the occasion, Chairperson of Labor Court, Basudev Acharya, viewed the publication would educate various dimensions of justice delivery on labor.
