Landslide buries four houses in Baglung, one dead



BAGLUNG: A landslide in Darlingkhola, Badigad Rural Municipality-9, has claimed the life of a 15-year-old boy, Bidhan Pariyar.

According to the Bhimgoth area police office, the boy was buried by the landslide when his house was engulfed by mud.

His body is currently at the Burtibang Primary Health Centre for autopsy.

In a related incident, three houses were also buried by a landslide in Darling, Badigad Rural Municipality-10.

The affected area is remote, making it challenging for police to reach the site.

Local representative Krishna Bahadur KC has reported that it is still unconfirmed whether anyone was inside the buried houses.
