PM Dahal plans to visit South Korea soon

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has disclosed his intention to visit South Korea in the near future.

Sending off a joint expedition comprising three Nepali climbers and seven Korean mountaineers, set to summit Mt Jugal in honor of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Nepal and South Korea, PM Dahal unveiled his upcoming plan.

“I have received an invitation to visit the Republic of Korea (RoK), and I will be heading there soon,” he announced.

Reflecting on discussions held with Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol regarding bolstering bilateral relations and providing support during the UN Convention, PM Dahal affirmed that President Yoon had extended an invitation for him to visit South Korea.

“We are in the process of arranging the visit, and it will materialize soon,” Dahal said.
