Clear skies to prevail in Kathmandu Valley today



KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Valley is witnessing predominantly clear weather today.

The Weather Forecasting Division has suggested a possible partial change in the weather later in the afternoon, although it assured that rain is unlikely.

In meteorological terms, a partial cloud cover indicates that 26 to 50 percent of the sky in the respective area is covered by clouds, with the remainder remaining clear.

The Division further stated that the minimum temperature in Kathmandu Valley dipped to 7 degrees Celsius at 5:45 am today, marking a decrease of 6 degrees Celsius from Tuesday.

On the previous day, the minimum temperature recorded in the valley was 7.6 degrees Celsius.

Looking ahead, the Division has anticipated the maximum temperature in Kathmandu Valley to range between 23 to 25 degrees Celsius by the end of the day.
