Weather expected to improve from today



KATHMANDU: The weather condition in the country is expected to gradually improve from today (Tuesday).

It should be noted that rain was observed in some hilly regions of Bagmati and Koshi Provinces on Monday.

Shanti Kandel, a senior meteorologist with the Weather Forecasting Division, stated that light rain is expected to continue in the hilly areas of Bagmati, Koshi, and Gandaki Provinces even today.

There is also a chance of light rain in hilly areas of other Provinces and in a few spots of the Terai region.

Kandel noted that the forecasted rainfall is not expected to significantly affect conditions.
