PM to inspect Kathmandu-Terai-Madhes Expressway construction



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) KP Oli is scheduled to inspect the Kathmandu-Terai-Madhes Expressway (Fasttrack) road project today.

According to his secretariat, PM Oli is scheduled to arrive by helicopter at 9:30 a.m. for an on-site inspection of various sections of the Fasttrack project.

The helicopter will land at Lendanda, where PM Oli will inspect and take stock of the construction work.

Additionally, he will witness the breakthrough of a 1.728-meter-long tunnel in Dhetre.

Joining Prime Minister Oli on this inspection will be Defense Minister Manbir Rai, Chief of Army Staff Prabhuram Sharma, and other officials.
