CAN decides to place Sandeep in Grade ‘A’



KATHMANDU: The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has signed Sandeep Lamichhane under a central contract.

In a meeting of its central committee, CAN decided to place Sandeep in the Grade ‘A’ category of the central contract from July 1 to December 31, 2024.

Players in the Grade ‘A’ category will receive a monthly salary of one lakh rupees from CAN.

Other players in the Grade ‘A’ central contract include Captain Rohit Paudel, Karan KC, Sompal Kami, Dipendra Singh Airee, Asif Sheikh, and Kushal Bhurtel.

In Grade ‘B’, the players are Kushal Malla, Gulshan Jha, Bhim Sharki, Lalit Narayan Rajbanshi, Arif Sheikh, and Abinash Bohara, who will receive a monthly salary of 70,000 rupees.

Grade ‘C’ includes Binod Bhandari, Arjun Saud, Sandeep Jora, and Pratish GC, each receiving a monthly salary of 55,000 rupees.

Players in Grade ‘D’ are Pawan Sarraf, Sagar Dhakal, Anil Sah, Vivek Kumar Yadav, Akash Chand, Basir Ahmed, and Surya Tamang, who will receive a monthly salary of 35,000 rupees from CAN.
