Weather Forecast: Partly cloudy skies with chance of rain and snowfall

KATHMANDU: The latest weather forecast predicts partly to generally cloudy conditions across the country, with the likelihood of brief rain or thundershowers in certain regions.

According to meteorological experts, the hilly areas of Gandaki Province, Karnali Province, and Sudur Pashchim Province are expected to experience scattered rain or thundershowers.

Similarly, there is a possibility of light snowfall at a few locations in the high hilly and mountainous regions of Gandaki and Karnali provinces, as well as isolated areas in other high-altitude regions.

Moreover, the forecast indicates that other parts of the country will also witness partly to generally cloudy skies. Occasional rain or thundershowers are anticipated in the hilly regions of Gandaki Province and Karnali Province, along with isolated occurrences in other hilly areas.

Furthermore, there is a chance of light snowfall at one or two locations in the high hilly and mountainous regions across the country.

As such, residents are advised to stay informed about the weather conditions and take necessary precautions, particularly in areas prone to rain and snowfall.
