Cooperatives victims mount pressure to register case against RSP Chair Lamichhane

POKHARA: Victims of cooperative fraud are attempting to file a case at Kaski police against Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane and various individuals.

According to sources at the District Police Office, Kaski, the victims associated with Suryadarshan Cooperative have lodged complaints against Lamichhane, former Vice President Nandkishor Pun’s son Deepesh Pun, former Chairman of the Cooperative Gyan Bahadur Bamjan, and Nertapani Bastola, among others.

Although the victims have attempted to file the case, the police have not yet registered cases against the RSP Chair and others.

In their complaints, the victims have urged the District Police Office to initiate an investigation and proceed with the registration process.

Organizations mentioned in the complaints for investigation include Nature Hub Pvt. Ltd., Gorkha Media Pvt. Ltd., Nature Nest, Springwood Real Estate, Sony Capital, Greedy Span, Gorkha Group Investment, and Gorkha Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd., among others.
