KATHMANDU: The country is currently experiencing partly to mostly cloudy conditions.
Light to moderate rains are occurring in a few places in Koshi, Bagmati, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
This afternoon, weather conditions are expected to be variable across the country.
According to the Weather Forecasting Division, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in some areas nationwide.
Additionally, there is a likelihood of heavy rain in the afternoon at isolated places in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
Tonight, the sky will remain partly to mostly cloudy nationwide.
There are chances of light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning in various parts of the country.
As per the Division, there is also a possibility of heavy rain in one or two places in Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
