Labor Court’s head office to be based in Kathmandu



KATHMANDU: The government has determined that the Head Office of the Labor Court would be situated in the Kathmandu Valley.

A meeting of the Council of Ministers convened at the Office of the Prime Minister in Singha Durbar today decided to publish a notice related to this in the Nepal Gazette, said Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Rekha Sharma.

Before this, the Head Office of the Labor Court was fixed in Kathmandu district.

The government has appointed Prof Dr. Padhupati Chaudhary, a resident of Saptari as the Chairman and Dr. Birendra Prasad Yadav, a resident of Siraha, as the Member of the Ramraja Prasad Singh Health Sciences Academy Infrastructure Preparedness Development Committee.

Minister Sharma said that the Cabinet meeting has nominated Dr. Gyanendra Man Singh Karki of Jhapa to the post of Member of the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan.
