Anticipated improvement in weather conditions from Monday evening

KATHMANDU: Presently, the weather across the country has been predominantly cloudy, attributed to the influence of the Westerly wind.

The Meteorological Forecasting Division, operating under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, reports light rainfall in certain areas of Bagmati, Lumbini, and Gandaki provinces, with projections of snowfall in high hills and mountainous regions.

As of the Division’s latest updates this afternoon, clear weather was observed only in the southern plains of the Koshi Province.

Meteorologist Ganga Nagarkoti from the Division anticipates a positive shift in weather conditions by Monday evening.

The Westerly wind’s impact has led to the current cloud cover, affecting various regions.

However, with the expected improvement, the nation can look forward to a more stable weather pattern in the coming hours.
