NEPSE witnesses single digit decline on Sunday

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index has experienced a decline on Sunday, the first trading day of the week.

On Sunday, the share market concluded at 2061.70 points, marking a decrease of 5.31 points.

During the day’s trading session, a total of 9,272,782 shares of 307 companies were transacted, resulting in a business turnover of Rs 3 216,727,221.

While the share prices of 132 companies increased, those of 104 companies decreased, and 11 companies maintained a stable value on this day.
