CIAA sues pilot Shah



KATHMANDU: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has sued Nepal Airlines’ pilot Samrat Bahadur Shah, reasoning fake educational credentials he produced for the purpose of promotion.

A charge sheet was filed against Shah at the Special Court, Kathmandu because he had presented fake certificates of educational qualification for the purpose of getting promoted to the eighth level- captain- from junior captain, according to Spokesperson at CIAA Namahari Ghimire.

CIAA had found his educational credentials phony after an investigation.

The spokesperson further said pilot Shah had presented phony certificates showing that he had completed intermediate level in first division from VSJ Inter College of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
