PM vows to gradually complete already-initiated infrastructure projects

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has expressed his commitment that the infrastructure construction projects that have been initiated, keeping the nation’s development in the centre, would be completed gradually.

The PM stated this in the social media in the context of the Thai Air Asia starting flights on the Bangkok-Bhairahawa-Bangkok route from the Gautam Buddha International Airport (GBIA) today.

Sharing on the social site, Facebook, a 37 seconds long video showing a Thai Air Asia plane being sprayed with water from hosepipe in welcome, the Prime Minister wrote in his Facebook post: “International flights have started from Bhairahawa Airport. We are giving our attention to completing the already-initiated works in a gradual manner.”

The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has said that Thai Air Asia will conduct regular flights on Monday and Thursday every week from the GBIA starting this November 9.
