Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced today’s exchange rates for foreign currencies.

While the value of the US dollar remains unchanged, most foreign currencies—including the euro, pound, Kuwaiti dinar, Bahraini dinar, and Australian dollar—have seen a decline.

According to the rates published by Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is NPR 133.82, while the selling rate is NPR 134.42. These rates are consistent with yesterday’s values.

For the euro, today’s buying rate is NPR 148.16, and the selling rate is NPR 148.82. This marks a decrease from yesterday’s rates, which were NPR 148.36 for buying and NPR 149.02 for selling.

The pound sterling today has a buying rate of NPR 177.76 and a selling rate of NPR 178.56, compared to yesterday’s buying rate of NPR 178.23 and selling rate of NPR 179.03.

The Australian dollar is being bought today at NPR 92.35 and sold at NPR 92.77. Yesterday’s rates were slightly higher at NPR 92.40 for buying and NPR 92.81 for selling.

For the Kuwaiti dinar, the buying rate remains at NPR 437.79, while the selling rate is NPR 439.76. Yesterday, the rates were NPR 438.09 for buying and NPR 440.06 for selling.

Lastly, the Bahraini dinar today has a buying rate of NPR 354.94 and a selling rate of NPR 356.53, slightly lower than yesterday’s buying rate of NPR 354.96 and selling rate of NPR 356.55.
