Nepal records historic win against India in CAVA Women’s Volleyball Tournament



KATHMANDU: Nepal has registered a historic win against India in the CAVA Women’s Volleyball Tournament.

Nepal defeated India 3-2 in a volleyball match played at Dashrath Stadium in Kathmandu on Saturday.

This is the first time Nepal has beaten India, considered volleyball giants in Asia.

In another victory, the Nepal Women’s team was crowned CAVA Beach Volleyball Champion in Thimphu, Bhutan, after defeating Uzbekistan with scores of 21-17 and 21-14.
