Two new Cholera cases detected in Lalitpur, total reaches 25



KATHMANDU: Two more individuals have been diagnosed with cholera in Lalitpur in the past 24 hours, raising the total number of cholera cases to 25 across the country, according to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).

In Kathmandu Valley, the disease has been detected in one person in Tokha, Kathmandu, and in 16 people residing in Godawari, Gwarko, Imadol, and other areas of Lalitpur.

Additionally, eight cases have been identified in Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City.

Cholera is a waterborne disease.
