JANAKPUR: Dr. CK Raut-led Janamat Party has obstructed the Madhes province assembly on Monday.

The first meeting of the third session of the province assembly was convened today.

Janamat party lawmakers obstructed the meeting immediately after the Speaker read out the document about the formal convening of the session.

Janamat lawmaker Sanjay Yadav said that his party has been demanding the parliamentary probe into the incident of assault on its Minister while in government and the House was obstructed for the same.
