13 killed as tractor-trolley overturns in India’s Rajgarh

MADHYA PRADESH: At least 13 people, including four children, died and 15 others injured when a tractor-trolley overturned in Piplodi, Madhya Pradesh’s Rajgarh, last night.

The victims were part of a wedding ceremony traveling from Motipura village in Rajasthan to Kulampur in Rajgarh.

Authorities said 13 of the injured were admitted to the district hospital, while two with severe head and chest injuries were sent to Hamidia Hospital in Bhopal for advanced care.

According to PTI, the toll is unlikely to increase as the two severely injured persons are out of danger.

The wedding procession around 50 people, and the tractor-trolley lost control and overturned near Piplodi village, PTI stated.
