NEPSE declines by 26.07 points with Rs. 6.77 billion turnover



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) Index on Wednesday fell by 26.07 points (0.99%), closing at 2,597.49 after a notable increase of 114.70 points in the previous session.

The market experienced volatility, opening at 2,629.73 points, peaking at 2,643.76, and hitting a low of 2,582.72 during the day.

By the end of the session, 310 stocks were traded through 83,081 transactions, resulting in a turnover of Rs. 6.77 billion with a total of 15,199,763 shares exchanged.
