KATHMANDU: Ministers of Lumbini Province have finally been assigned their responsibilities, ten days after their appointment.

Chief Minister Chet Narayan Acharya appointed five new ministers from the CPN-UML and four from the Nepali Congress.

Below is the list of ministers and their assigned ministries:

Badshah Kurmi: Ministry of Forest and Environment

Bhumishwor Dhakal: Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Urban Development

Dinesh Panthi: Ministry of Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperatives

Dhirendra Karki: Ministry of Financial Affairs and Planning

Saroj Thapa: Ministry of Urban Development

Prachanda Bikram Neupane: Ministry of Industry
