Bagmati Province Cabinet expanded: Rama Ale sworn in as Minister

KATHMANDU: Following a successful vote of confidence, Bagmati Province Chief Minister Shalikram Jamkattel has announced the expansion of his Cabinet.

CM Jamkattel has appointed Rama Ale from CPN (Unified Socialist) as a minister, although her portfolio is yet to be assigned.

In a ceremony held on Tuesday morning, newly appointed Minister Ale took the oath of office and secrecy administered by Province Chief Yadav Chandra Sharma.

With Ale’s inclusion, the Province now boasts eight ministers, representing various political parties.

Among them, four are from CPN (Maoist Center) including the Chief Minister, one from CPN-UML, three from CPN (US), and one from Hamro Nepali Party.
