Three Indians arrested for online betting at Durbarmarg

KATHMANDU: Police have apprehended three Indian nationals along with over 10 million in foreign currency from Casino Palace at Durbarmarg in Kathmandu.

The individuals detained in connection with this case are Gulab Singh, Rishav Pawa, and Gaurav Chopda, as informed by Superintendent of Police Kumodh Dhungel, the spokesperson for the District Police Range, Kathmandu.

SP Dhungel stated, “They have been arrested on charges of conducting online betting in the underground of Casino Palace. Foreign currency equivalent to Rs 10 million and 126 thousand has been confiscated from them.”

He added that further investigation is underway in this matter.
