HoR meeting taking place today

Foreign Minister NP Saud to table BIMSTEC Charter



KATHMANDU: The meeting of House of Representatives (HoR) is taking place at the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneswor, with a significant agenda on the table.

The meeting, scheduled for 11 am, will witness key presentations, including the tabling of the BIMSTEC Charter by Foreign Minister NP Saud.

According to the Parliament Secretariat, Speaker Devraj Ghimire is slated to address changes in the names of members of the State Affairs Advisory Committee.

Meanwhile, Federal Affairs and General Administration Minister Anita Devi is lasted to seek permission to present the Construction Materials (Management and Regulation) Bill 2080.

Finance Minister Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat is scheduled to propose a discussion on the Customs Bill 2080, and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda will put forth a proposal to discuss the Monitoring and Evaluation Bill 2080, which originated in the National Assembly.
