Maoist Center to live-stream Central Committee meeting

KATHMANDU: In a bid to prevent unnecessary propaganda, the ruling Maoist Center has decided to live-stream the upcoming central committee meeting, scheduled to take place from August 2 to 7.

The decision was made during a meeting of the party’s office bearers on Monday morning, according to General Secretary Dev Gurung.

The live-stream of the central committee meeting will be available on the official page of the party.

Party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” has been assigned the task of preparing the political report to be presented at the meeting.

It is worth noting that the Nepali Congress recently live-streamed its own Central Committee meeting as well.
