Janmat Party quits government

Minister Khan submits resignation



KATHMANDU: Minister of Drinking Water, Abdul Khan, has submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda.

Khan submitted his resignation the same day when Prime Minister Dahal expanded the cabinet.

The Janmat Party quit the government after PM Dahal did not fulfill the demands of the party.

The Janamat Party had demanded the Ministry of Industries.
