One killed, 11 Injured in Bara bus accident



BARA: One person died and eleven others sustained injuries in a bus accident at Jitpur sub-metropolitan-2 Simara Chowk in Bara.

The deceased has been identified as 27-year-old Mukesh Sah, a resident of Birgunj, originally from Motihari, India.

The bus involved in the accident was identified as No. 7K 4749, en route from Chitwan to Birgunj.

Medical authorities have stated that two of the injured — Bir Bahadur and Suraj Sah — are in critical condition.

The police are currently investigating the incident.

Preliminary findings suggest that the bus lost control while attempting to avoid a collision with a motorcycle.
