High Court issues interim order Preventing demolition of Araniko Transport’s bus park in Jadibuti



KATHMANDU: In a recent development, the Patan High Court has issued a temporary order instructing Araniko Transport Pvt Ltd not to proceed with the demolition of their bus park facility in Jadibuti.

Patan High Court spokesperson Prem Khadka confirmed that on Friday, Judge Gokarna Dangi, presiding over a single bench, directed the Kathmandu Metropolitan City authorities to refrain from demolishing the bus park.

“This interim order effectively halts the demolition of the bus park,” Khadka stated.

Additionally, it has been revealed that the next hearing on this matter is scheduled for October 8.
