Vote of Confidence in Koshi: JSP to remain neutral



BIRATNAGAR: The Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) has decided to stay neutral in Koshi Province at today’s vote of confidence.

Chairman of Koshi Province Deepak Yakkha said JSP decided to stay neutral in today’s vote of confidence at a time when Chief Minister Hikmat Karki was preparing to take the vote of confidence.

JSP has only one seat in the Provincial Assembly.

The Koshi Province Assembly has 40 MPs from CPN-UML, 29 from Nepali Congress, 13 from Maoist Center (including Speaker), 6 from Rastriya Prajatantra Party, 4 from Unified Socialist Party and 1 from JSP.
