KATHMANDU: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) chairman and former Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane, who was forced to resign on Friday after the Supreme Court’s verdict against him, reached Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar on Sunday evening.

Earlier, CPN-UML chairman KP Oli had met Prime Minister and CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ in Baluwatar.

The Prime Minister and the RSP chairman met after UML chairman Oli left.

According to high-ranking sources, Lamichhane went to Baluwatar to claim his post of Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister again.
