NEPSE index sees slight decline of 1.93 points on the week’s last trading day



KATHMANDU: Closing at 2,068.90 points, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) Index experienced a minimal loss of 1.93 points or 0.09% compared to the previous day.

Notably, the preceding trading day witnessed a more significant dip, with the index losing 17.23 points.

The market commenced today with an opening index of 2,072.09, witnessing fluctuations throughout the day, ranging from an intraday low of 2,059.49 to a high of 2,085.36.

In the course of today’s trading activities, 303 different stocks were involved in 101,504 transactions.

The total volume of shares traded reached 11,658,110, resulting in a turnover of Rs. 4.29 Arba.

The market capitalization stood at Rs. 32.13 Kharba, accompanied by a float market capitalization of Rs. 11.10 Kharba.
