KATHMANDU: The Nepali Embassy in Moscow reported that three Nepalis, who had enlisted in the Russian army, succumbed during the conflict with Ukraine.

The fallen soldiers are identified as Pritam Karki from Syangja Putli Bazar, Rajkumar Roka from Dolakha Melung, and Gangaraj Moktan from Ilam.

Their passing occurred on October 29th, a confirmation conveyed by the Embassy.

The Embassy received the news via a telegram from a Russian army officer, prompting immediate communication from Embasys to the Nepali consul, formalizing the details surrounding their demise.
