Mild earthquake shakes Kathmandu Valley

KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Valley experienced a seismic event of 3.5 magnitude this evening.

According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center in Lainchaur, the tremor, which occurred at 8:45 pm, had its epicenter located in Thulopakhar, Sindhupalchok.

This recent event follows a 4.5-magnitude earthquake on November 22, centered in Makawanpur.
