JSP to hold its Central Executive Committee meeting on Oct 30

KATHMANDU: The Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) has called for a meeting of its central executive committee on October 30.

The meeting is set to take place at 2:30 p.m. at the party’s central office in Balkumari, Lalitpur, as stated by Purna Basnet, the head of the party’s Publicity and Publication Department.

The primary agenda for the meeting is the discussion of candidate selection for a member of the Madhes Province Assembly, which has remained vacant since the passing of Bindu Kumari Yadav, a member of the Madhes Province Assembly from the party, two months ago.

Alongside this, the meeting will also involve a comprehensive review of the party’s organizational expansion and strengthening campaign, as mentioned by Basnet.

The JSP initiated a three-month campaign focused on party expansion and strengthening, which has been ongoing for the past two months.
