KATHMANDU: New Road Team defeated Three Star Club in Martyr’s Memorial A Division League undergoing in the capital.
NRT defeated Three Star by 1-0 in the match at ANFA Complex in Satdobato on Friday.
The only decisive goal for NRT was scored by Sanjeev Bista in the 37th minute of the match.
With the win, NRT has moved up to eighth place in the table with 16 points, while Three Star is in second place with 22 points.
With the defeat, Three Star lost the opportunity to rise to the top spot. Jawalakhel is at the top of the table with 23 points.
