Biratnagar City has already reached the final.
In the first semi-final match held under lights on Monday evening at Shaheed Stadium, Biratnagar City, it defeated Jawalakhel Youth Club by 2 goals to 1.
A total of eight teams from Nepal, India and Bhutan are participating in the Gold Cup.
