Govt will not tolerate trouble, delay in service delivery: DPM Shrestha



BIRGUNJ: Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha today said the government would not tolerate unnecessary troubles and a delay in service delivery.

Stating that the situation is that service seekers have to bribe or use the means of power to get service instead of being served through the regular process, the minister said now such activities would not be tolerable to the government.

He was inaugurating a newly constructed building for the district administration office, Parsa. He also directed government employees to work in a way of making general people feel a change in the country.

In another context, he said the government would not spare those who have illegally captured public lands.

Appealing to all sides to help with the government’s campaign of good governance, he expressed the pledge of the government to conclude the investigation process in various cases ranging from the gold smuggling case and book the guilty. He also directed the delivery of justice to the victims of loan sharks with the support of all sides.
