UML Deputy Gen Secy Gyawali leaves for Beijing



KATHMANDU: CPN-UML’s Deputy General Secretary, Pradeep Gyawali, has embarked on a trip to Beijing from Kathmandu on Sunday.

Gyawali’s visit aims to participate in a program organized by the China Academy of Social Sciences, with additional engagements scheduled at Sichuan University.

His agenda includes meetings with key leaders of the Chinese Communist Party during his stay in China.

This visit follows the recent trip by UML General Secretary Shankar Pokharel to China. Additionally, a delegation comprising UML Standing Committee member and head of organization department Kashinath Adhikari, and UML whip Mahesh Bertaula also visited China last week.
