KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel is making a visit to Janakpurdham today, a source at the President’s Office said.
During his visit, President Paudel is set to pay his respects at the Janaki Temple in Janakpurdham.
Additionally, he will partake in the inauguration ceremony of the Mahendra Narayan Nidhi Mithila Cultural Center, which holds significant cultural importance.
To extend a warm welcome to President Paudel, the Janakpurdham Sub-metropolis has arranged a citizens’ felicitation program.
This event, under the guidance of Urban Development Minister Sita Gurung, will see the presence of notable figures, including Member of the House of Representatives Bimalendra Nidhi.
Likewise, other dignitaries include Chief Minister of Madhesh Province Saroj Kumar Yadav, Speaker of Madhesh Province Assembly Ramchandra Mandal, as well as esteemed officials from the President’s Office and the District Coordination Committee of Dhanusha.
