PANCHTHAR: One person died and 13 others got injured in a jeep accident in Phidim-2 Krishna Mandir of Panchthar on Tuesday.
According to District Police Office Panchthar, the Me 1 Ja 1941 jeep which was coming from Birtamod in Jhapa to Phidim under the Mechi Highway, fell down the road on Tuesday.
Police Inspector Milan Thapa informed that the identity of the person who died in the accident has not been revealed yet.
Two of the injured have been taken to Jhapa for further treatment, he added.
